Important Notice Regarding Your Personal Information

1. What happened

In June 2026 we identified a security incident affecting the website grahamlindegger.co.za, which is operated for us by a third-party hosting provider. It appears that an unauthorised person may have gained access to the website environment, and information previously submitted through the website’s contact form may have been accessible as a result.

We understand this may be concerning, and we want to assure you that we are treating the matter with the utmost seriousness. The website was taken offline as soon as the incident was identified, and steps have already been taken to secure it and to prevent any further unauthorised access.

2. What information was involved

The website’s contact form collected only the information that a visitor chose to provide when sending an enquiry — typically a name, an email address, and the content of the message submitted.

The website did not hold any medical, clinical or financial records. Those records are kept separately, on different systems, and were not part of the website.

3. What we are doing

We are working with our hosting provider and independent technical specialists to investigate the incident, confirm exactly what was affected, and put additional safeguards in place. The website has been taken offline, access credentials have been reset, and security measures are being strengthened.

In line with our obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we are notifying the Information Regulator, and we will provide further updates should the investigation identify anything materially different or additional that is relevant to you.

4. What you can do

This type of incident can sometimes lead to unwanted contact, attempted fraud, impersonation or “phishing”. As a precaution, we recommend that you:

• Remain alert to suspicious or unexpected communications — including phone calls, emails or messages — that ask for personal or financial information.
• Be cautious about clicking links or opening attachments in messages you were not expecting.
• Monitor your email and online accounts for any unusual activity.
